Lightbulb – Walnut and Maple (LB13)

I call this ornament the “Lightbulb.” It shape resembles a lightbulb with threads on top. The ornament is made by sandwiching at an angle thin strips of maple between large pieces of walnut. The effect of the layering of wood is a maple swirl around the ornament. This ornament is approximately 3 3/4″ long by 1 7/8″ in diameter.
