Maple and Walnut Salt Cellar (KT01)

I made this salt cellar from 12 segments of maple and 12 segments of walnut topped off with a walnut bottom and top. The cellar is about 3″ in diameter and 3 3/8″ tall. I applied 2 coats of shellac to the outside of the salt cellar, and I used butcher block oil to finish the interior.
